The Stalk Market is our answer: a closed-loop farm-share network where members invest directly in regenerative stewards, receive what they want week-to-week, and return their food scraps to feed the same land.
Most Colorado farmers earn just ¢.20 per dollar sold.
We're growing this number — share by share, scrap by scrap, neighbor by neighbor.
Shares & Dividends
You invest in a Share from a specific steward — a volume of meat, eggs, or produce you'll draw from all season. Each week, request dividends from your shares; we deliver to your door or a local Node, and pick up your food scraps on the way out.
Your seasonal investment.
- A specific volume from one steward — Mini, Quarter, Half, or Full.
- Larger shares lock in a discounted per-pound price.
- Stored for you; request what you want, when you want it.
What you actually receive each week.
- A smaller portion of your Share, requested Friday–Sunday.
- Home delivery — or pickup at a Hub, Node, or Nook.
- Food scrap collection included on delivery day.

The stewards who tend Boulder County land.
Every share comes from a known steward, with practices we've vetted in person. 3–5 new stewards join each seasonal quarter.
Nothing wasted. Everything returned.
A few honest questions.
A one-time payment when you join. It funds food hub growth, emergency funds for stewards, and scholarships for members who need them. All new members signing up by June 10 get 25% back as account credit.
