Which document applies
Stalk Market has four kinds of account. Each has its own Terms of Service, and each stands on its own. A person who holds more than one kind of account is bound by each set of Terms for the activity it governs, and by no others.
1 The four roles

2 Documents that apply to everyone
The documents referred to within these Terms include:
- Privacy Policy, what personal data is collected, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.
- Payout Schedule, enrollment Windows, payment dates, and how each party is paid.
Set out above are the documents referred to in these Terms. Other policies published on the Platform may also apply and are incorporated by reference. Use of the Platform is in every case subject to the Privacy Policy.
3 Holding more than one role
A Steward may also buy Shares as a Member. A Node may also list as a Steward. Each role is separate.
Each set of Terms governs only the activity it describes. Buying a Share is governed by the Member Terms, whoever buys it. Listing a product is governed by the Steward Terms, whoever lists it. No agreement modifies another.
Where a person holds two roles in the same transaction — a Node that buys a Share from a Steward it serves, for example — each role is treated separately and the compensation attaching to each is unaffected.
4 Order of precedence
Where two documents conflict on a matter one of them specifically governs, the more specific document controls, in this order:

5 The Platform
Every agreement listed here is with Stalk Market Distributions, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
Stalk Market is software. It provides listing, marketing, ordering, and record-keeping services. It does not produce, own, store, handle, or hand over anything listed on it, and it is not a party to the contract between a Member and a Steward.
Stalk Market operates in partnership with Regeneration Station PMA, trading as the Earth Church. It is not governed by, and does not act on behalf of, that association.
6 Acceptance and changes
Each set of Terms is accepted by creating the relevant account or listing, and takes effect on that date. The Platform records the version accepted and the date of acceptance.
Where a revision materially affects payment, pricing, or obligations, notice is given as stated in the document being revised. No revision applies to an Enrollment Window already open.
