The Popsie Fish Company is three generations of Bristol Bay set-net fishermen. Named for Tony Neal's dad, who his kids and grandkids called Popsie. They catch, freeze, and ship every fillet themselves.
Their family and crew are focused on commercial fishing for wild Alaska Sockeye salmon from their fishcamp out along the shores of the Bering Sea at the mouth of the Egegik River. They've just returned from a successful season. Alaska manages the salmon run such that wild Alaska sockeye have a total green light on every measure of sustainability.
Sold in 25lb cases for pickup or local delivery from Yellow Barn Farm.
